• Respond to requests for approvals and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide to us
• Pay invoices according to the agreed payment terms

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licences.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work commences. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Webbed Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
